Very practical for the triathletes during the runs
NOT practical to use DURING the training, but VERY beneficial to use as a recovery aid.
Personally, I've tried both top and tights:
IMHO: use the tights if you need to drive to the race as well as flying longer than 2-3hrs. The tights work well as compression garment to facilitate venous return (read- legs don't get stiff or heavy). It does not have insulating properties though
I don't have a Ukrainian/or Russian keyboard on my laptop,
